PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We offer only exchange within the first 14 days after you received the purchased item, only if the product has visible damage.

If, 14 days have passed since you received your purchased item, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

If the products are damaged the order does not have to be returned, we will make a reprint without the need for a return.
